Earthworks first, planting second, so the soil is corrected before anything is set into it.

First season and ongoing
You receive the plan as built, with the settings and the calendar needed to keep it working.

Permissions, water supply, seasonal windows and payment terms for residential landscape improvement work in Kyiv, Irpin, Bucha, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.
Planting, lawn construction and irrigation on a private plot normally need no permit. Retaining walls above one metre, paved driveways, garden structures and any tie-in to the municipal supply usually require written notice or approval from the local authority. We prepare the drawings and specification needed for that submission.
From a borehole, a storage tank or the mains. We measure pressure and flow on site, then split the system into zones sized to what your source can actually deliver. Beds run on drip lines, the lawn on pop-up sprinklers, and every system is fitted with a winter drain-down point.
Earthworks and grading run from March to November while the soil is workable. Turf is best sown in April to May or August to September, when moisture and temperature suit establishment. Container-grown planting can go in through the season. Irrigation is best installed before planting is completed, so lines are not disturbed later.

A quarter-hectare residential plot usually takes three to six weeks on site, split between grading and drainage, hardscape edges, planting and irrigation commissioning. Weather and soil conditions decide the exact window, and the plan sheet shows the intended sequence before we begin.
Yes. Surveys and installation crews cover Kyiv and the surrounding region, plus Irpin, Bucha, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. Travel beyond the region is quoted separately and confirmed in the contract.
