Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of plevonix.com and landscaping services by PE plevonix.com, EDRPOU 93678268, Business Center 'Leonardo', 7A Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine.

1. Provider

2. Services

We provide landscaping design, installation, and maintenance. Distance contracts: before conclusion you receive essential characteristics, price, payment, performance, warranty, and complaint/withdrawal terms under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

3. Prices

Prices in UAH. Payment by bank transfer or card. Single tax payer; VAT optional.

4. Withdrawal right

For distance contracts, a 14-day withdrawal right applies under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' unless the service was fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right. Email contact@plevonix.com to withdraw.

5. Electronic commerce

Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', we publish provider identity, contact details, terms, and order-confirmation procedure, and allow you to store and reproduce contract terms.

6. Personal data

We process personal data, including cookies, only with a lawful basis. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Law of Ukraine No. 3621-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

7. Language

Consumer information must be provided in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'. A Ukrainian version is available.

8. Advertising

Advertising is truthful, substantiated, and not misleading. Comparative or superlative landscaping claims require evidence. Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@plevonix.com or +380 668 494 6419. We respond within 14 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms.
